The SEC does not release the information on secondary violations. It's up to the individual school.
I was surprised that we could get the information that fast -- we know ultimately we will get it.

The secondary violations are self-reported to the SEC.
Seems like there is a lot of "kill the messenger'' instead of analyze the information going on.
Not surprising.
People, for the most part, believe what they want to believe.I think this will be a fun and interesting year for the Vols on the field with a lot of new playmakers and an aggressive staff.
